Dear Friends of Crossroads,
As we embrace the final stretch of summer, I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates from the Crossroads Foundation. Your support continues to help us grow in meaningful ways, and this month, we’re celebrating creativity, community, and connection.
Creative Expressions: Art That Heals
This summer, our women have been diving into paint, clay, and collage through a new therapeutic art program called Creative Expressions. Led by trained facilitators, this trauma-informed series offers our clients a safe space to express emotion, process recovery, and discover the joy of creating something beautiful.
The women’s response has been overwhelming—many have found new ways to tell their stories without words. We are currently writing grants to help fund and expand this life-changing program, and we’re hopeful for what’s ahead.
Pasta & Jazz Gala – September 19th, 2025
Mark your calendars! On Friday, September 19th at 5:30 PM, we’ll gather at the Courtyard Marriott at Liberty Station for our annual Pasta & Jazz Fundraiser—an exciting evening filled with music, connection, and purpose.
This event is not just a night out, it’s our biggest fundraiser of the year, and it helps sustain the programs that make Crossroads a home for healing. In these challenging economic times, your support means more than ever. Every ticket, every donation, every shared invitation makes a difference in the lives of women rebuilding their futures.
With Your Help, These Stories of Resilience Become Real
Support Crossroads Today:
- Spread the word: Tell a friend, share our story, invite someone to tour Crossroads.
- Invite an official: Help us reach local leaders who can see the power of recovery up close.
- Donate: Even a small monthly gift provides housing, therapy, and hope.
Your involvement, whether large or small, makes a profound difference. Thank you for being part of our community, and for walking alongside women on their journey toward recovery.
Thank you, as always, for being part of our story.
With gratitude,
Lindsey Purdie
