Dear Friends of Crossroads,
Every year, Pasta & Jazz gives us a wonderful reason to gather, but this year’s celebration had a special spark. Our 39th annual gala on September 12 at the Courtyard Marriott Liberty Station was an evening I will remember for its warmth and the powerful stories shared by our alumni.
There were tears and there was laughter. Hearing our guest speakers reflect on their lives and recovery reminded us why the work of Crossroads matters. Their stories brought the room together in a way that was deeply moving and inspiring. I am grateful to our speakers and to everyone who joined us, volunteered, or supported the evening.
Annual Impact Report
We also debuted our first annual report at the gala. This is an important step in sharing our work more fully with the people who make it possible. We want our donors and friends to understand the programs they support and how their generosity serves the women of Crossroads. Our annual report helps us provide that transparency and stay connected with our community.
Some of our staff also attended A New PATH’s Strut for Sobriety, supporting the recovery community beyond our own doors. We value these opportunities to celebrate alongside organizations that share our commitment to recovery.
Looking ahead, please save December 13, from 1 to 4 p.m., for our holiday open house. We are planning tours of Maria’s House, beautifully decorated for the season, and look forward to welcoming you. We will share more details as our plans come together.
September was a joyful month at Crossroads. The courage of our alumni and the kindness of our supporters gave us so much to celebrate. Thank you for being part of this community and for helping make these moments possible.
If you are able, please consider a gift to Crossroads to help us continue providing a safe place and support for women in recovery. Every contribution is appreciated.
