Support Crossroads

Your Gift Creates Opportunities for Change

By donating today, you become a vital part of their recovery journey. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, has the power to transform lives and empower these women to overcome addiction and regain their independence.
Your generous donation can have a profound impact on the lives of these courageous women. Here are some of the essential areas where your contribution will make a meaningful difference:
Crossroads Foundation residential is home to 20 women, all in their individual stage of recovery. Your generous donation will help provide clothing, shoes, and hygiene products for women entering the program from homelessness or incarceration. As they progress, they need ID’s, birth certificates, work clothes and tools, books, and tuition for school. Before coming to Crossroads, some women may have had their vehicles impounded and towed to a storage yard and they need funds to release their cars. There are a variety of outside situations that influence a women’s ability to focus on herself. Donating to our Fund in Need helps to support and stabilize the women in their journey. After they engage in the change process, we want to provide recreational activities and entertainment for the women to learn to have fun in their new lives. Your donation will help provide community activities, plays, movies, involvement in retreats, sporting events and a variety of activities. As the women transition, they will need another level of support, 12 step materials, bus passes, gas cards, dressers, and various other items to start a new recovery journey. Crossroads would like to thank you for your generosity and support of the women.
Over the upcoming years, the Crossroads Foundation is concentrating our fundraising endeavors on the revival of Maria’s House. This facility serves as transitional housing for women who have successfully completed our program or others. Maria, who served as an executive Director at Crossroads for numerous years, possessed invaluable personal experience and a remarkable ability to establish deep connections with women. Although we sadly lost Maria in 2021, her spirit continues to thrive within the traditions and culture upheld at Crossroads. It is with great honor that we carry forward her legacy, striving to offer essential services that our community needs.

The women who have recently recovered or will recover in San Diego often need a transitional living situation before they are able to be fully self-supporting. Maria’s house will offer this opportunity and will provide basic needs like food, utilities, and a safe place for growth on a sliding scale. We are seeking donations and community partners (those can commit yearly) for much needed community resource.

We offer various donation options to make giving as convenient as possible:
