THANK YOU SPONSORS AND SUPPORTERS

Thank you to everyone who helped with our 2012 Hot Pasta & Cool Jazz fund-raiser held on September 27. We enjoyed music from Smoke Staxx and delicious food from the Top of the Park at Park Manor Suites. Many sponsors and supporters provided door prizes, silent auction items, and pick your prize items (see the list below or download a copy of the program here). Chris Davis sang an original tune written by Anne Wilson. Louise Lecklitner shared some history and Councilmember Todd Gloria took a turn at the microphone. Congratulations to honoree Lisa Gomez who received the Hattie Brooks Achievement Award. Be sure to mark your calendar for next year's event at the end of September. A special shout out to our volunteers.

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
The Crossroads Foundation is a non-profit, 501(C)(3), organization established in San Diego county in 1957 as the first social model residential program developed specifically for women. The overall goal of the Crossroads Foundation is to provide a safe environment for women whose addiction to drugs and/or alcohol has caused significant impairment in their daily lives.
Using the 12-Step principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, we accomplish our goal through the operation of a twenty(20)-bed recovery home, a 3/4 House, and ancillary services. In addition, the Crossroads Foundation strives to reduce the stigma associated with female substance abuse, making it easier for women to come forward and admit that they need help. Crossroads accepts referrals from San Diego County Drug and Alcohol Services, San Diego legal agencies, Las Colinas, community treatment facilities and self-referrals.
Open interviews occur on Thursdays between 1pm and 2pm. In order to be considered for admission to the Crossroads Residential Recovery Home, please call 619.296.1151 or e-mail info@crossroads4recovery.org for information and directions.
